But looking back I can wholeheartedly say that I lived the last few months to the fullest. With no regrets. I took risks this summer - went places, did things, met people - many of which I knew nothing about. And everything I did I enjoyed or learned something new - sometimes about myself.
I think we all need to learn to do something that we won't regret. And I've learned that in order for that to happen - you have to have perspective. You have to be able to look outside of yourself or you'll miss it. You'll me the opportunity to do something you won't regret. I also learned the importance of letting go of expectations because chances are that - things won't happen the way you expect them to. People are human - if you put your expectations in someone - you risk disappointing yourself and also risk the potential of that relationship because you had set limits.
Living in the moment. It's a hard thing to do. But if you can learn to do it - you'll live a much more fulfilled life. At least that's what I think!
"If you want something you've never had, then do something you've never done."
